Cosmic Devices import and supply a device Resistor have fixed resistances that only change slightly with temperature, time or operating voltage. Our Variable resistors can be used to adjust circuit elements (such as a volume control or a lamp dimmer), or as sensing devices for heat, light, humidity, force, or chemical activity.

DIP Resistor NetworkDIP Resistor Network

Cosmic Devices offers a Resistance Network also known as DIP Resistor Network that can be characterized at 20mA, 2mA (low current) and under custom specific conditions. Most of them can be packaged tape-up and tape-down. The thermal resistance of the devices itself is about 150K/W (Kelvin/Watt), depending on chip technology a power dissipation up to 10mW can be realized.

Light Dependent Resistor (LDR)Light Dependent Resistor (LDR)

Cosmic Devices supply and import a light control variable resistor called light-dependent resistor (LDR) or photoresistor at market leading price. These LDRs are very useful especially in light/dark sensor circuits. A photoresistor is made of a high resistance semiconductor. In the dark, it can have a resistance as high as a few mega-ohms (MΩ), while in the light, a photoresistor can have a resistance as low as a few hundred ohms.
